PSTN SIP trunk call transfer failed.

Dears

We are using CUCM 9.1 with CUBE, PSTN connectvity is through SIP trunk.

We can sucessfully dialout and dailin. On call tranfer caller listens to MOH and as soon as the forwarded call is picked, Call is disconnected.

Find attached the debug.

Kindly assist in troubleshooting the issue.

from the case description, it seems codec issue. please crosscheck the dial-peer configuration.

Could you please post the CUBE config along with the below debugs with calling, called numbers and transfer destination number?

1) debug voice ccapi inout

2) debug ccsip message

Can you check by adding this on cube router.

Router(config-voi-serv)# sip
Router(config-serv-sip)# midcall-signaling passthru media-change
