public phone number add name

Hi,

is it possible to add a name for the specific public  number. So when I receive a call from that number on my phone I see the name? I did try adding number to the personal directory but name didn't display when i recived call.

I am using CCM 7.1.5

CUCM does not have an option to do this natively. You can however use Jabber to query your Outlook contacts and display the name on your computer.

thank you for fast reply, Unfortunately, this solution is only important on one phone, and the user doesn't use computer :-(

Some 3rd party directory options do that, but you would need to discuss with them if your version is compatible as it's pretty old and EOL.

Hi, this is also not good solutions because soon we will upgrade to new CUCM and your funds are very limited :-(
