Hi there,

I'd suggest getting a TAC case opened. I've heard of cases in which they were able to convert a subscriber database into a publisher, however not guaranteed by any means.

HTH,

This won't do Dimitry any good; however, I'm adding this in case others find this thread in the future. This exact scenario has occured far too many times. Cisco actually added a process for this, but not until 8.5(1) I'm afraid.

The Disaster Recovery System now has an option to rebuild a publisher from a subscriber copy of the database. The Disaster Recovery System Administration Guide covers this (see step 12).

Thank Jonathan, in other word in my case I need to do fresh install Pub server and manually recreate all telephony. After that reinstall Sub? Must be new installation only?

According to the documentation you have to rebuild this from scratch in that release. There's no documented process for doing what you want; however, it is conceivably possible as clileikis suggested. It's unlikely but TAC may have a manual process for doing it in older releases.

Your Cisco AM has the power to override contract entitlement rules and open a TAC case for you. Ask them for a favor. Typically if you're planning to buy ESW/UCSS coverage again in the near future and have a good working relationship with the AM, they'll help you out.

But I haven't workng smartnet for TAC requests.
