QoS on C2950 to prioritize voice Vlan over data Vlans?

Hello

I am new to QoS and voice. I have a path of vlan trunks between C2950-switches. One vlan "999" carries voice traffic while vlan 1-20 carries various data.

I need to configure the 2950:s to always give the traffic in vlan 999 highest priority.

What queing technique should I use and how do I configure the switches?
