Hi there so I am using HubSpot as my VOIP provider and I have the Cisco 8865 phone but when I turn it on it says I need a QR Code, I asked HubSpot and they said to use Cisco Provisioning Portal But I cannot find it anywhere. Can you help?

Initially, you must identify the firmware version used by the phone. I presume the phone has an enterprise version, which is exclusively designed to operate with CUCM. For Cisco phones to be compatible with third-party SIP providers, they must either be an MPP version phone or an enterprise version phone that has been converted to MPP, which involves certain costs
