QRT in CUCM 11.x

Is QRT not supported in CUCM 11.x?

I am not able to find QRT mentioned in CUCM docs (used to be in Features and Guides document).
if QRT has been dropped, what is the recommended alternative for voice quality reporting and troubleshooting?
