A customer has a integration with nortel and CM (qsig). When they play a call to the nortel and no voice is present. How to troubleshoot this problem.

sebastian,
seems to be a problem with "channel selection order" at the ccm gateway configuration. I think it should be "bottom up" on the callmanager side.
