Dear Team,
One of my client have Multiple IP phone , model number , Name and software version are mention at below.
PID vid CP -7811 -k9 V05
product name :- cp-7811
sip78xx.12-0-1-11
also purchase license for flex of WebEx calling .
Now my concern is its required to convert into MPP , so what are easiest way for the same , because currently IP phone not open with the bowser .

The SKU for the conversion license is "L-CP-E2M-78XX-CNV".
Once the conversion license is there, head to the Cisco Cloud Upgrader.

If you have purchased a Webex calling license, you are eligible to perform conversions without any conversion SKU.
