Could somebody tell me the difference between Enchanced and Enchanced Plus UCL Licences? What kind of licence do I need in order to I can have Jabber Client on a computer or smartphone and a Cisco Phone (for example 7841). I want to use a Jabber Client for instant messages and presence service, whereas a phone is used for call. I got I need Enchanced Plus Licence, because it supports two deivces(in my case Jabber Client and Cisco Phone). And I'm also curious about Cisco Unified Workspace Licensing. Especially, the difference between Cisco Unified Workspace Licensing and User Connect Licensing.

UCL is a user based license for individual voice products while CUWL offers collaboration applications and services in a bundle/package.
Enhanced UCL supports one device while Enhanced Plus supports two devices including all enhanced devices.

Cheers for your picture. According to this picture I got that I need UCL Enchanced Plus for working out my issue. A customer can have Cisco Phone and Jabber IM/Presence thanks to UCL Enchanced Plus, cannot he?
