Is there a way to view a missed calls,Received calls,Placed calls or call accounting type on the CUEAC client application.
We have one CUEAC 8.0.0.5 Server and two reception users where the CUEAC client is installed in which the Board number calls are landing.

Please Can someone give me the suggestion/feature is available for callhistory.. so that we can call back the missed users..

Hi,
A call history feature is currently being planned for a future release but it is not currently available.
What you can do in the current release is use Forced Delivery, this was the calls ring the phone directly instead of waiting for the operator to answer. In this scenario if they miss a call it will show on their phone.
The version you are running however does not have Forced Delivery so you would need to upgrade to at least 8.0.3 to get this feature.
