Questions about upgrading from CCM 6.1.4 to 8.0(3)
I have a few questions I want to confirm:
We have CCM 6.1(4) in our cluster that we will soon be upgraded to CCM 8.0(3a).
First I want to install CCM 8.0(3a) into the inactive partition on all CCM servers without switching the version (or rebooting the server). I will do the version switch on a seperate day. Is that possible?
2. I have the CCM 8.X software feature licence. Do I need to install this license before I install CCM 8.0(3a) into the inactive partition or can I do that before I do a "Switch Version"?
3. I'm assuming no additional licensing is needed for our device units right?
