Hi Ali,
Please use the Ciscointeroperability portal to have a good idea of integrating a PBX with CUCM:

Hi Pierre,
Thanks portal is extremely helpful. I want to know the exact question that we would ask for integration Like PBX vendor, number of PBX and their locations etc. So that we could easily integrate the PBX with CUCM. Do we have any document like this?

Ali,
Designing PBX integration with CUCM is not an easy job and it's more on a case by case study.
In Cisco, we have specific team doing this kind of job.
We mostly collect the customer integration requirements, analyse the actual PBX layout, verify interoperability, analyse traffic patterns (BHCA, ...) call flows ...
If the specific PBX type has not yet be tested by the interop team, we try to setup a proof of concept.
Unfortunately, I don't have a document for that !
