What needs to be done to configure the Queue Status PLK (besides assigning it to a button template)?
I have assigned it to a couple of test phones, 7962G and 8851, but both show the message "Feature Not Configured" when I press the line key.
These phones are members of a Line Group on the top line DN, and NCQ is set up and working.
So what else needs to done to enable this feature? I scanned through the Service Parameters, but didn't see anything.
This is CUCM 10.5
Thanks, Randy

Hi Randy,
As per the doc, only 7962 (not 8851) should support the Queue status PLK button:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/10_0_1/ccmfeat/CUCM_BK_F3AC1C0F_00_cucm-features-services-guide-100/CUCM_BK_F3AC1C0F_00_cucm-features-services-guide-100_chapter_01000.html
Ensure you have it setup as described in the following doc:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/200453-Configure-CUCM-Native-Call-Queuing-Featu.html#anc7
Remember to configure it as PLK and not a softkey.
Please rate and mark correct if helpful.
Regards,
Hitesh

It turned out to be a configuration problem on the Hunt Pilot.
It does work fine on the 8851 and 8861 phones.

Randall,
What was the configuration issue as i cannot see anything obviously wrong with mine.
HP works fine otherwise

FIXED
a phone with Queue Status applied must be member of the line group - makes sense i guess
