Are there any native queuing capabilities in UCM 6.1? I thought I had read some time back that line groups would have the ability to queue up calls in alimited fashion. But after looking through a new UCM server the only thing I'm finding is some queuing capabilities through Attendant Console.
Am I missing something or do we still require something like IP-IVR or CVP to provide queuing capabilities in UCM?

Hi Shan,
You are right on the money here :) There are no built-in queuing capabilities in CCM other than the queuing available when using Broadcast Hunting with the Attendant Console config.
Hope this helps! Sorry.

Thanks guys. I swear I saw queuing as a capability on a roadmap at some time in the past but perhaps it didn't make the cut list for implementation.

Hi Shan,
You are most welcome! It would be nice if there were some really basic queuing capabilities that were native to CCM :) It wouldn't surprise me if this had been roadmapped at some point in time, but nothing that I have seen so far.
Cheers! Have a great weekend,
Rob
