"BLF for Call Lists" not working

Liam Mulgrew

Hello,

We have just recently purchased some Cisco 8851 handsets and we have now deployed them, a question was asked from one of the users regarding corporate directory contacts having what appeared to be a presence status. When i had a look at the corporate directory on the handset it did indeed show that all users were offline.

I have tried disabling and enabling the "BLF for Call Lists" enterprise parameter and restarted the handsets but nothing has an affect on the BLF status.

Is there anything else i can try?

Thank you, that document was very helpful.

None of the phones had been set to SUBSCRIBE to a search space.

Glad to see that document was helpful.
