Hello
I have a cisco 7936 conference phone that not register to cucm.
It gets an IP address then keeps saying it can't contact the TFTP server.
I've tried restarting the TFTP services on the call managers .
Cucm Version :9.1
Software Version: 3.3(2.00)
Protocol Type: SCCP
Boot Load ID: PC0503031518
Application Load ID: CMTERM_7936.3-3-2-0
Local Number: 4012

Does your DHCP pool for this phone have option 150 configured?
Is it defined as phone on Call manager?

yes , configure option 150 and also other ip phone register with dhcp
only type 7936 is not register(New device).

Well without going to collect some traces can you do simple basic reset of station - using settings of station?

Or as a quick test, can you assign the network settings manually and let us know what happened?

I defined the configuration of the network manuallly and i made factor defult to phone even the phone did not registered. also i tried loading new version even so the phone didn't made an updating.

The phone has already a directory number configured right?
Can you provide, phone logs and cucm traces?
