"Enter Your ID" when external call transfer to voicemail

Hello,

When external calls transfer to voicemail caller get "Enter Your ID" not the greeting, calling internally works fine

Please see the attached config

I assume that you have the mailbox built for the number, assuming the PSTN based call comes in the same way...
