Hello Experts,
I'm trying to upgrade the IP Phone Firmware of 8851 from SIP version 10 to SIP Version 14.2 (cmterm-88xx-sip.14-2-1-0201-40.k4.cop.sha512 ), and we are using Cisco CUCM 14 but it gave us the error "No valid upgrade options were found", also I downloaded the Enable SHa512 COP File m But I found that it not compatible with the CUCM 14 and also not readable.
Also when I was trying to take the backup from the CUCM it gave me error after 72% "-Unable to transfer the tar file over SFTP channel as currently configured SFTP server does not support output stream "
I don't know if it's relevant or no , but I need your help to support me in those 2 cases.
