"reserved state in CAD for UCCX 9.0.2"

Hi All,

 

UCCX version :: 9.0.2.11001-24

 

Issue::

CAD agent goes to "reserved state" automatically.

 

any symtoms?

Please check the following

>> Agent DN should not have shared lines.

>> The Agent phone softkey template must not have any of the unsupported features. Please remove all unsupported configurations from the Agent phones.

the issue was reported wrong. it was a calling issue than a CAD issue. :)
