thanks for replying...
I know this is a dump question but I don't know how...
How can I upgrade only 1 Phone? just for testing! I already download the firmware & got a TFTP software but cannot "put" the file on the phone. It says "the receiver block it".
I connect the phone (set the TFTP server ip to the pc that have the file)...is this correct?
thanks,

download the bin/sbin files and place in TFTPPath folder in CM. Then restart TFTP service. Under the phone you want to upgrade, under device config page, specify the name of the new firmware and click update, reset. Only this phone should now upgrade firmware.

Your BGP appears stable. Be assured, if there were connectivity problems between phones and CCM, you would notice because of voice drops during calls.
You can use any tftp server to upgrade phones.

actually I already noticed it cause all my phone drops last June 2 thats why I am investigating it.All the phones reboots but came back again. I don't want it to happen again...any method to troubleshoot?
what could they mean?
this is another switch:but same issue:
BGP state = Established, up for 6d13h
Below is the time I took the BGP status
3750#sh clock
15:21:41.323 UTC Fri Jun 8 2007
So the BGP has been establishing since 6 day and 13 hours ago, it is shown the BGP state was down on 2 of June.
3750#sh ip bgp nei y.y.y.y
BGP neighbor is y.y.y.y, remote AS 7474, external link
BGP version 4, remote router ID x.x.x.x
BGP state = Established, up for 6d13h
many thanks.

Hello,
If you had a connectivity problem on that specific time, you know already why the phones deregistered. However, phones should never reboot for lack of connectivity to CCM, just show "registering", then possibly reacquire ip address, etc, but never really reboot like in a software crash.

Opps, sorry for the confussion, the phone deregister/register not reboot. So Its really a network connectivity problem. Any more idea how to troubleshoot it...
your a greathelp p.bevilacqua...
thanks
