I am tring to solve an issue that we have been experiacing over the past year, we get calls that will randomly drop upon pickup. This is not a codec mismatch issues as i have confirmed that both sides are using g711ulaw. Basically our receptionists will pickup and the call will drop after 3 seconds, but these calls do not show up as failed in the CDR records, the termincation cause is "normail call clearing"
This seems to only happen on out locations that have SIP trunks from Verizon.

SIP>CUBE>SCCP>CUCM>UNITY(checks for TOD)>CUCM>Phone
I have spent many hours on the phone with Cisco support and Verion and they both blame each other.
Any help on this would be greatly appriciated!
