RDP Template BAT

Hi,

I have created the Remote Destination Profile Template and added line template. I have just added provided line template name, partition, EPNM and partition in Add A New DN. However, when i run the BAT it updates the existing DN i.e. makes description,alerting name, CSS, VM profile to blank. Is there a way to update the existing DN from the template. Or am i missing some config. here.

Yes, profiles are meant to be used when you're adding new RDPs, not to update

Create remote destination profile template

You can create a template to add remote destination profiles in bulk.

Thanks for your response. I have already deployed the UDP's and DN's. But now customer wants to create RDP for more than 600 users. So how to associate the RDP with existing UDP directory number.
