can you please help mi in seting up real time call monitoring, i am looking for some software or some web based application which can tell us how many calls flows are currently there, channels free. time connected, extension online offline .. things like this please suggest some software or some cisco utility .. or may be some opensource tool

Hi Jatinder,
You may want to check real-time monitoring tool, that offers most of the features you described. You can download it from the web page of the CUCM administration page in the plug-ins section. That is if you are talking about CUCM here and not some other voice product.
