hi all
i want to bill the duration of call , ineternational calls , so that employees can be tracked for any illegal usage.
any guidence on how to achieve this . (cucm 7 )

Hi,
You can use the CDR (Call Detail Record) information within CUCM, or as is most common export the information to a 3rd party billing app such as Tiger or Mind CTI.
The advantage of using the 3rd party apps is that you can automate reporting tasks, set alerts and email reports etc. The CDR reporting in CUCM is a bit cluncky.
