We have a user that has recently reported that for the past couple of weeks his phone will reboot daily and erase his call log. I have witnessed the phone rebooting and indeed when you look at any of the call logs that would normally be kept, the phone has none. I have replaced the data cable and inspected it for breaks, I have gone through the port configuration as well as the phone configuration and have compared it to my own and cannot find a difference in the two. I am at a loss as to what could possibly be causing this.
Phone Model: 7941G-GE
CUCM: 10.5.1.10000-7
Any more info let me know and I will do my best to provide it.

Hey Sean,
You may be hitting the following bug, which causes a restart of the phone intermittently.
However, it doesn't mention the call history being deleted, but if you can resolve the phone restart, it should resolve the call history being deleted.
