Receiving message on Cisco Phone that mailbox is full even after deleting the old voice mail items

Hi Guys,

Please advise on this.

Voicemail deleted items not deleting in a timely manner, users mailboxes are filling up and causing their mailboxes to not allow new messages

Currently the purge of deleted voicemail is suppose to be 2 days, however I’ve seen some user accounts pile up a great number of deleted messages well into the 70’s which causes their accounts to no longer accept messages.

Under aging policies in CUC, Permanently Delete Messages in the Deleted Items Folder in is set as 2 days so basically it should delete the deleted items in 2 days but it' not happening.

CUC version - 11.0.1.22900-14
