Recently, External Callers' Name Appears Automatically

We are using  Version 15.5 and ip phones of 7975.  Recently, I have noticed that some external callers' name appears eventhough they are not in our address books or fast dials.  Strange that just weeks ago same callers (i checked the logs) only appeared their phone numbers.  We are definitely on different voice cuircuit etc.

Version 15.5 of what? AFAIK the latest public release of CM, if that’s what you’re using, is 14.0 SU3.

15.5 is my IOS ,  10.5 is my TS config version.

What call processing system do you use? Your version of IOS is past everything and should be updated to something more current.
