In most of our offices the receptionists use ARC to route calls but we have a small office opening and the office manager does not want to use ARC.
I would like the reception phone to be able to handle 4 or 5 lines so she can place calls on hold or transfer.
What is the best way to do this.
Thanks

Are you using CUCM or CME? What model phones will the receptionist have?

We are CUCM and she will have a 7975 or a 7945.
I don't think a 7945 would be the best choice
Thanks
