Hi. im thinking of getting some sort of ASR with CME on it for this task. Our UC520 wont be up to the job..
Imagine this if you will... I have many companies in one office, all running from a CME system (model yet to be specified) over a PRI. When a call comes in, I want the receptionist to see what call the number is for, ie if somebody calls Company 1, I want her to see that Company 1 is being called, and answer it with the usual 'good morning Company 1 speaking'..
Do you see what I mean? Is this possible under CME?

Yes. The easiest way is to configure multiple buttons on her phone, give them an appropriate label, and she will see on which line they called to answer appropriately.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Ah i see, label the relevant buttons Company 1, Company 2, Company 3 etc and depending on the model phone, the button will light up next to the label?
I see, Thanks!!!
