Recommended PABX location and capcity

Hi Everyone,

Quick questions I have :

1- Any specific recommendations for the PABX (TDM or IP) location? I mean on data center or separate location and why , any standers?

2- If I have around 1000 staff, which criteria should I use to select the PABX capacity ( for both internal extensions and trunk lines), any specific formula?

    we have to include the future expantion also.
