We are looking to upgrade a client to 7.x Unity and recording of calls came up. Does unity have a clean way to set up recording of a conversation by pressing a button to start/stop recording of calls without interupting a conversation with a client? If so do you have a link for the documentation explaining it?
Thanks

This is good info but when the user is going through the steps the end party would be placed on hold briefly while setting this up. I was wondering if there is a way to not do this and the system set it up in the background so that there is no interruption during the call.
Thanks
