Redirect call only from two extensions

I have a CUCM 8.5 in a client.

They want to redirect calls from extensions 5XX (one of the offices) to extension 223, sending the calls to the extension 100.

I know how to redirect all the incoming calls (Forwarding all calls) but not selecting what extensions can go directly and what is redirected.

Is any way to do it with the CUCM?

Create a TP on new partition to change 233 into 100 and then modify the CSS from those 2 phones to have that partition on top of the 233 you don't want them to reach.
