Registering a 7942 over WIFI

Hello,

I've got a non-standard, and from what I gather non-supported, configuration that I am trying to get working. In one of my sites, there is a room with no data jack and no easy way to get it there. So I am trying to hook a phone up wirelessly.

Here is my setup:

Main site with a UC560 & 20 7942 Phones

Remote site with SR520, Site-to-Site VPN to Main Site & 10 7942 Phones

In my remote site, I have a Cisco Access point installed and configured to connect to the data vlan. I have a 7962 phone hooked up to the ethernet port on the access point. A power brick is powering the phone. When I boot up the phone, it connects to the UC560 and downloads the latest firmware but after upgrading, it gives an error updating locale and never registers.

Is there anything that I need to do on the UC560 or SR520 to get this working? I understand that call quality might not be good since I don't believe there will be any QoS, but I have a stubborn client that want me to try and get this to work.

In theory, the phone should register correct?

It should work, you may have some config mistake so check debug tftp event, debug ephone register.
