Registrar currently in use; deconfig it 1st

I am trying to change the sip-ua registrar but it will not accept the new address. When I enter the command I am getting the below message appear, can someone help please?

Take the current configured line for registration and add no in-front. Make sure that your in the right configuration mode when entering the modified command.
