Reject registration for old versions of Jabber

Does anyone know a way to make CUCM reject registration for old versions of Cisco Jabber? Like a policy that would say the version has to be newer than X ?

Nope, IM&P does have that, but CUCM doesn't.

And Jabber introduced a parameter for that, but it only works if all the clients are 12.9+ so they understand the parameter.
