Hi Guy’s,
Is there any way to remotely view handset’s call logs i.e. missed calls, received calls, placed calls etc…? without having to physically walk to the phone to get them?
Cheers!

You can get third party applications such as SingleWire remote phone control or similar product from other vendors.

Hi
Two options
1) If you really want to see what's in the display on the phone, then yes there are remote control solutions available. I have a remote control piece of software that I need testers for if you have a use for it :-)
2) The other option is to look at the CDRs collected by CUCM. Enable CDR collection, CDRs with 0 seconds duration, and the CAR service, and then interrogate the car web interface at http://publisher/car to see what calls have been made and attempted.

Hi James,
You can try Variphy's Remote Phone Control. It is easy to use and you can also request a free trial on their website.
