Remote Destination Profile Calling number

Hi All,

Ill explain my Scenario

There is a cluster in LATAM with a intercluster trunk to a different cluster in EMEA, the phones in EMEA has a remote destination profile to the user cell phone, so if a user fom LATAM calls an extension in EMEA, what will be the calling id sent to the remote destination profile? My concern is that the original LATAM calling ID remains and the call to the remote destination is rejected by the operator

Hi Cesar,

It does remain however you can change the calling id by applying the calling party transformation CSS inside remote destination profile.

This way you can send whatever calling number is accepted by the operator.
