3845 FXO Does Not Register

We just installed a PDVDM-32 and a VIC2-4FXO card into a 3845 router (2).  The FXO ports in one of the 3845 routers is registered and works fine.  However, in the second 3845 router, the FXO ports show as unknown.  The "sh ccm" command shows that the router is registered to CM.

Any thoughts here as to what we can do?

Start by comparing the configurations and make sure there is no typo, or something configured with the wrong values.

We checked the configuration and it looks like it is fine.  However, the "show-ccm" command shows:
