remote home user and cme

I am looking for how to setup a remote home user with a phone only back to cme installation at another site

One option is to use a phone with SSL VPN. See the following link.

Another option would be to have a router at the remote site that terminates a site-to-site VPN back the the CME site. The remote router would hand out DHCP option 150 to the phones which would point to your CME.
