I have a site with a single 2960 switch and a 2811 voie gateway whose FXO card is connected to a couple of POTS lines. All of their inbound/outbound calls go through the POTS lines and the voice gateway is solely used as a voice gateway. All data traffic goes through another device. I have auto qos voip cisco-phone set up on all of the switch ports that connect to phones. What do I do about the voice gateway? I need to make sure that all traffic from the voice gateway gets priority just like all traffic from the phones. Do I set someting on the switchport it's connected to or on the gateway? What do I set?
