Report of Concurrent Calls From Previous Time - CUCM 12.5

Hi,

 

I've used the RTMT to view the current number of in-progress calls and also CAR to view a traffic report for all numbers for (incoming, local and long distance calls) but this only gives me total calls over a period of one hour.

 

Is it possible to pull a report or log that would show the number of concurrent callers from a specific time in the past, or just the peak in progress calls for a day from RTMT or CAR. We've had one instance of our cluster exceeding the number of SIP trunks with our PSTN provider and are now trying to determine the number of SIP trunks or channels we actually need.
