Hi everyone,
Customers are complaining that while they are being called they want to transfer calls to others customers.
When they request corporate directory on the cisco phones it takes quiet a long time to get in the directory search .
What can be done to solve this?
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
Which phone models and firmware are affected? If specific phone model is affected then it can be phone specific else if all phones are affected then it could be some global setting. Was it working fine earlier ? Is the issue seen on all sites and to phones registered to different servers?

try restarting the Cisco tomcat service ans check the behavior.

System version: 9.1.2.10000-28
We are planning to restart the publisher, going to do this in the after hours.
