I have an SRST router in an off site location running voice through the CUCM in our main office. I have added two PRIs for a rightfax service that does not connect to the CUCM but goes right through the router acting as a gateway.
I can dial into the rightfax server but I am having difficulty dialing out. Says poor line condition. I did a search on the q931 debug (below) and it seems to be a translation rule issue but I cannot see where. The telco pushes 4. The 8... is the voice where 0... is the fax line
Any help?
