Ringer issue for 6941(SIP) phone

Hi,
I have an issue with 6941 (firmware version SIP69xx.9-4-1-3SR2) phones , once we set ringer volume suddenly it goes off after few days(we cant hear ring , only flashing) , then once we reset phone via admin settings it will be OK for some more days and same thing will repeat again.
CUCM version 10.5.2.12901-1

Hi Biju,
I am unable to find any matching defect for this behavior. Can you try the following couple of things and let us know the results:
1. Swap one of these 6941's facing the issue with some other phone and see if the issue follows the phone or the switchport
2. Try downgrading the firmware on a couple of these phones and see if the issue persists or goes away
These tests can help confirm if the issue is with firmware or somewhere else and can then be tracked further.
