Voice Translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^86862322../ /7000/
rule 2 /^82159\(.*\)/ /59\1/
Voice Translation-profile DID-Incoming
translate called 1
voice-port 0/0/0:23
translation-profile incoming DID-Incoming
-----
You will want to adjust the Voice Translation-Rule to reflect the proper digits that you are receiving from your carrier.

Can you past the debug from an incoming DID call?

there isnt any to collect
i have q931 and ccapi inout running with term mon and there isnt any activity with i call those numbers. again, everything is fine when i call my primary set of numbers and debugs are showing up as expected.

Sounds like a carrier problem then, maybe they didn't finish the port.
Good luck!
