Route Group Port Selection

What must I change to be able to select individual ports to create a new route group?

I have a 3725 router with two NM HD with four VIC2 FXO4 cards in a Cisco CallManager Version 4.1. Currently the only option when selecting ports is "ALL"

if you have the gateway configured as H323 you can not

if its MGCP you could do it

Not being a telephony guy, this is a very important bit of info. probably most easy to answer if you know the difference. Thank you, I will be reading up on the differences and the configs for these two. From what I have read so far it seems MGCP is the answer to my problems.

yes, with MGCP you will control the GW and port selction form the callmanager, with few commands  to be configred in the gateway to enable mgcp and vocie ports
