Route List CUCM Registration

Hi Everyone,

i want to ask about Route list registration:

So my company has a h.323 gateway to avaya on one of branch office that has CUCM A sub  (let's say branch A).

I've configured a route pattern, a route list, and a route group (which only have the h.323 gateway as the member).

When i register the route list to the CUCM group where the CUCM A Sub is on the first priority, it works just fine.

but when i change the CUCM group where the CUCM HQ Sub is the priority, the call is not working.

What is causing this issue ?

does the Route list need to be registered on the CUCM sub clostest to Avaya ( CUCM A Sub and Avaya is on one building) ?

Check if Avaya system is configured with proper route to all your servers as well as your phone subnet. if I am not wrong, Avaya system has some routing configurations.  And if not configured  properly, calls will fail.
