Hi
I have Call Manager version 5 set up and configured using route filters for outbound route pattens. All route patterns are configured for 9.@ and various router filters are then configured to restrict outbound calling. My customer has complained that they cannot dial out using 074XX XXXXXX numbers which doesn't seem to be included in the mobile access filter that defines the tags of
mobile-class EXISTS
Mobile-Subscriber EXISTS
National-Access EXISTS
how can I extend this so my users can dial mobile phones begninning with 074...
any help would be appreciated
thanks
Ian

You can add a route pattern that doesn't use the @ but instead configure it to use 074 so it's matched and you can route calls.
