Routing 911

I need help setting 911 routes we send a mask number to callers so when they call back to that number they can't reach us, however i would like to send real DID to 911 can i do that?

Your 911 service should always pick up your DID or at least this is true in the UK. If you need to send a DID number and you have the external mask set to the DID number on the Phone then you could use a new Route Pattern for 911 calls or if you do not make use of the External Mask per phone then and set a common mask  on the 911 route.
