RTMT alerts

Hi All

I'm looking to setup RTMT to sent email alert my service desk to notify senior engineers when something goes wrong with the CUCM, but i have problem here that RTMT is not capable of send the Pririty (eg: P1, P2, P3) for range of alerts we have in the CUCM, does any one know how can i get this done.

the Severity Field in RTMT is not getting notified in the email alerts....

hi Pramoth,

You will have to set the severity for the alert.....

1.Login to the RTMT and choose Alert Center.

   2. Right click on the XXXXXX alert, and choose Set Alert/Properties.... Configure the following and click Next:

    - The alert is enabled

    - Select the severity of the alert.

           .

    - Select the server that you want to make the report
